Recently, Twitter has been slowly unveiling and testing their new platform changes. Now they’ve made the revamp optional for all users. Many users feel that these changes to Twitter will give brands more creative freedom and more in-depth advertising opportunities. Some of these changes include:
Best Tweets: Tweets that have received more engagement will appear slightly larger, so your best content is easy to find.
Pinned Tweet: Pin one of your Tweets to the top of your page, so it’s easy for your followers to see what you’re all about.
Filtered Tweets: Now you can choose which timeline to view when checking out other profiles. Select from these options: Tweets, Tweets with photos/videos, or Tweets and replies.
Larger image sizes: Recommended dimensions for profile photos are 400×400 pixels. Recommended dimensions for header photos are 1500×500 pixels
Following List: An organized collage of the accounts a user follows, complete with a miniature version of their profile images, cover images and basic information.
